Dreaming Together

Good Morning

My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

Are you ready to get started on a new challenge?.

Well then - Welcome to challenge # 29  over at

The theme for this months challenge is

LOVE/VALENTINE

If you would like to be a Guest Designer, then just enter
GD after your name when you link up.

DETAILS

1.Card base is sized 8 x 8 and to this I have matted  a paper
from the Craftwork Cards USB.  Before adhering the
backing paper I wrapped a piece of ribbon secured
at one end then added a  heart  shaped ribbon slider
before securing the other end.

2. The topper is from Hunky-dory and I have used two
of the same one so that I could decoupage it.

3. Created the frame from silver mirri card and the  Hunky
Dory Moonstone die Stunning Snowflakes.

4.  The sentiment is also from Hunky-dory and reads
(Love does not consist on gazing at each other, but
in looking outward together in the same direction)

I picked this sentiment as I think its just perfect to match
the topper.

That's all from me today.
Thanks for the visit

Add A Heart

Welcome
My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

Hope you are all well

Today sees the start of  challenge 16 over at
Daisy Chain

We are a monthly challenge that will
start on the 5th of each month and end on the last day of the month.
We are a themed challenge and this month the theme is:-

The theme is-:
Add A Heart

DETAILS

1. Using a 7 x 7 white card I first matted it with gold mirri
card.  Then using the Hunky-dory USB key No 2 I selected
this cute couple and printed off the background and topper.

2. Using the largest size die in the SB set Labels Eighteen
I created the background frame.  Added the topper to this
using foam pads and then adhered to the card.

3. Again using gold mirri card I die cut the lace border
using a Joanna Sheen Lace Die and secured down the
side.

4. The heart was created using the Tattered Lace Dream
Die but I removed the ends to just leave the heart.

(Spotted the mistake? yes I lost the centre of the letter
D but only noticed once I had uploaded the photo)

Hey ho there you go, silly me and yes I did have
my glasses on.

Looking forward to seeing your creations and please
take a look at the challenge blog and see all the
fabulous work my DT buddies have created.
