Anything Goes

Good Afternoon

My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

Well here we are the last day of September but look on the
bright side, its time for our new challenge to begin over
at

and as the title of my post tell you, its your all time favourite

ANYTHING  GOES

Our sponsors for this challenge are :-

Prize - 7 digi images of winners choice

and

Prize- 3 Images from their store

Again I have two card to show and I will try
to keep the details shorter.  They are both
made using images from Bugaboo

Card 1
                1. 8 x8 card, matted with papers computer generated from MCS

          2.  Created the border with Martha Stuart punch and the oval
frames are from Tonic .

            3.  The image was printed out and coloured with Copic markers
Added pink bow with gem centre to the top.

This image is named Kidz punky Topper and you can purchase it HERE.
=====================================================
Card 2
1. Card is 7 x7 and I have matted it with burgundy card

       2. Image printed out and again coloured with Copic markers

3. The backing paper is from  the Paper pack by Lozzy named
Squares and is just great to use with this card, with all the
autumnal colours in it.I cut this out with a Tonic die and
matted it onto the card base.

           4. The image was die cut using SB die and mounted using foam tape.

The wording was generated (first time of use, hence why the letters are
quite large ) with my Brother  Scan-N-Cut but I think they lend
themselves well to the card.

Again the image is from Bugaboo and it entitled  Autumn Owl
and the link to purchase is HERE

Well I have tried to condense the details, so without further ado
its over to you.

I do hope you will visit the challenge blog and take a look
at all the wonderful cards that our very talented team have
been busy making.

Until Next Time

Flowers Galore

Good Morning

My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

How are you all doing today?. Well we are now into June and not
long now before my little holiday.

Today is the start of our fortnightly challenge over at Creative Craft Cottage

and the theme is :-

Yes Your Favourite  ANYTHING GOES

For this challenge we have two sponsors and they are:-

Prize 3 Digi Images

and

Prize 3 Single Digi Images

The design team have been busy creating  some fabulous
cards for this challenge and I hope you will come along
and join in - Remember  Anything Goes so you can
use any theme that you  want.  All we ask is that you
have fun and join our challenge blog.  You can enter up to
three times and there is no restriction on the amount of other
challenge you can enter.

My first card has been made using the image Rory Bag of Flower Pots
from Lacy Sunshine  and you can purchase HERE.

DETAILS

1. I made the card using SB dies Grand Decorative Labels One

2. Using MCS I made the background and then added the image.
It was then printed out onto super smooth card and the image
coloured with Copic's
3. Using the next size down in the dies I created the frame and
using foam pads adhered it to the card.
4. The flowers were made from various petals from Sweet Lilac
and arrange around the frame.
To Complete I added a small bow with a heart gem in the centre.
===============================================
My second card has been made using the image
from The East Wing, named Hatted Flower Mon Amour
and again it can purchased HERE.

DETAILS

1. Card base is fancy edge  cream from my stash. I then took
a piece of pale blue  card and ran it through an embossing
folder ( I think it is one from Tattered Lace).

2. Next I created out of cream card the panel of flowers using
the Couture Flower Burst Collection Reflections die.

3. The image was coloured using Copic and  then die cut using
SB die (sorry cannot remember the name) and using foam
pads adhered to the card.

4. I then took the stamps Trio Of Flowers from Honey Doo Crafts
and stamped the flowers and then coloured them to match
the image.
5. The two tags are from my stash and I have secured then using
a flower brad.
To complete I have added gold gems around the image frame and
in the centre of each flower.

Now my friends it over to you, the team and I are waiting
to see what you come up with.

So don't delay, let your fingers do the walking over to
Creative Craft Cottage Challenge.

Until Next Time

Love is Sharing the Umbrella

Good Morning,

My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

Have you missed me?
Sorry for not blogging but everyday life has been getting in the way of crafting.

Hope this post find you all well and getting ready for the long weekend.
Whatever you have planned I hope it all works out and fingers crossed
maybe we will have some sunshine ( but don't hold you breath on that one).

Usual day for me ( am I boring, Don't answer that one, I think I know the answer)
off to mums, cleaning then home hopefully to craft but the way I feel not
sure as on Wednesday whilst taking Oscar for his walk, the heavens opened
and we both got soaking wet.  I mean really wet, rain went through my coat
and my jeans were stuck to my legs.   Hence why not feeling great at present
aching everywhere and I feel as if I have swallowed barb wire.

Boy I have depressed myself reading this, so without further ado lets
get onto todays little offering.

DETAILS

1. Card size is 8 x 8  and I have matted it with pink card.

2. I opened the new Cd from Polka Doodles Twiggy & Toots
in MCS and taking elements from the Cd I created the
card front.

3. Printed it out onto super smooth card and then adhered
it to my card.

4. Although you cannot see it very well I have glittered around
the sentiment and the centre image.

5.To complete I added pink gems and a pretty daisy lace border.

There you have it, a quick easy but I think a very sweet card.

Honestly this Cd is so so cute you really need to get it, you
won't be disappointed .

Anyway that's all from me today, hope to be back tomorrow.

Until Next Time

Just For You

Good Morning
My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

Hope you are all enjoying this lovely weather, and making the most of getting
outside?.

I absolutely love the hot weather and am enjoying it so far but for me it
needs to be hotter, although I have been in the garden doing some much
needing gardening, hence to say my blog has not been getting the attention
only to do my DT work.  I just hate being inside when the sun is out,
I cannot help it, if I am stuck inside I start to get really fed up and
don't have the heart to do thing that keep in.  Are any of you the same
or is just me ???

Today's card is a quickie and was all done in MCS apart from the
backing, Hope you like.

DETAILS

1. Card size is 7 x 10 and to this I added a cream (looks gold in
the picture) backing paper that I embossed using Crafters
Companion Embossalicious Delicate Floral Embossing
folder.

2. Using MCS I created the picture and added the embellishments
of flowers, bow and butterfly. The sentiment was also digitally
done.  I then printed it off onto super smooth.

3. The image was then mounted onto white card and then
adhered to the embossed backing paper.

4. To complete I added two white feathers a pearl stick pin
and created a small white bow from spider web using
a square pearl gem at its centre.

Well my friends, I will have to take my leave as its
Thursday and as you may know by now that it's
the day that my cousin Mary comes to visit and
also our crafting day (or shopping, or chatting
depending on how we both feel on the day)

So hopefully I will be back tomorrow, I hope you will
and that you have enjoyed your visit. I will  be visiting
your blogs later to see what you have been up to.

Until Next Time

Smell The Roses

Good Morning
My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors,

Have we all recovered yet from Christmas? only the new Year to welcome in, then its
all over and back to normal.  We had a quiet Christmas, brought mum over to stay
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and took her home Boxing Day night.

Mum kept saying she wished we had snow to make it more like Christmas and
she got her wish, as it started snowing when we took her home. She was
overjoyed to see it. I am just glad it's gone as it's not safe for driving around in,
we just have the ice to contend with at present but hopefully it will clear soon.

Anyway I thought it about time I got my act together  and did a blog, so here it
is, nothing too creative I'm afraid as sorting out my DT work ready for next week.

DETAILS

1. Card is 8 x 8 and has been covered with backing paper from
Jem's Design CD Beautiful Birdcages which I had opened
up in MCS so that I could add the image directly onto
the page.
2. Still in MCS I took another backing paper and created the
frame, then added the image from Tatty Twinkle and
placed her in the centre to complete.  I then printed
it off and adhered to my card.

3. To enhance the card and give some depth, I added buttons,
a spotted bow and a glittered dragonfly all from stash.

Way hey there it is, quick simple but quite an effect card ( don't you think?)

Well that's all from today off the dry my hair as going visiting today.
