Well its May  my how these months are flying by and with it being the beginning of
another month, it means another new challenge starts today over at
Whoopsi Daisy and our theme this month is

Nice and simple, so come on lets see what you can do.

blog the wonderful design team have some stunning makes to share.

Here is my DT make, Hope you like

DETAILS

1.       Started with an 8 x8 white blank card and matted it with
paper  from Craftwork Cards collection Paradise

2.         Using the CD Daisy May and Friends I took the image
and coloured her with my Copics, and then used glitter
on her wings. I then fuzzy cut her out.

3.     Using dies from the  Sue Wilson Collection Noble Classic
Adorned Rectangles I embossed the larger one and then
embossed it using pink embossing powder. The next size was
simple cut from white card and then I attached my image
using foam pads to it.

4.     To add more interest to the frame I took lace from my stash
and adhered it to one side of the frame.

To complete I added a pink butterfly also from my stash.

Please Note - We have had to change the rules at Whoopsi Daisy

Lilac Sparkle

Good Morning my crafty friends, followers and visitors,

Welcome to my blog for today, I hope everyone is well?.  We have had some
lovely weather this week and you would not know that is was the end of
September especially on Tuesday as we had clear blue skies and sunshine.
I even had to take my coat off in town as it was that warm.

Sorry I have not blogged since Monday but somehow the days seem to be running
away from me and what with one thing and another before I know it, its evening
and tea time.  After that I usually sit down with hubby to watch some TV, then
the usual happens, Yes Jennifer falls asleep.

Anyway I hope you will like today's offering.

DETAILS

1. Card is 8 x8 scalloped edge and I have matted it with Lilac
card that I have embossed using Creative Expression folder
Quilted Flower.

2. I then took a piece of white card and masked it using the
Creative Expressions mask Filigree and then used Cosmic
Shimmer Sparkle Texture Paste  Lilac Blush to create the
pattern.

3. Whilst I waited for it to dry I took the petal dies that was a
freebie with the new Tattered Lace Magazine and cut out
12 large petals and  20  small petals out of lilac card, These
are great dies and so easy to create a stunning flower. Once
the petals were all folded I adhered them to a piece of card,
that had been punched out into a circle to create the flower
and finished it by adding a gem to the centre.

4. Once the paste was completely dry I adhered the flower
to the centre then using foam pads I adhered it at
an angle onto my card base.  To complete I added
the sentiment (With Love ) from my stash.

Well that's all for today my friends

Festive Fun

Hello Everyone,

OK own up Who has taken the sun today?? its been cloudy all day and the
temperature  sure has dropped a few degrees.  Hope you have all been busy
doing your own thing, me I have been doing housework, boring I know
but you have to do it.  Managed to catch Christina on C&C at noon, it
was her first time and I must say she handled it great.  She was demonstrating
Spellbinder and yes I did end up purchasing a couple of items - well you
just have to don't you!!.

Today I thought I would enter into the spirit of YES Christmas, hope
you like.
DETAILS

1. Started out with an 5 x7 card base to this I added a piece of
red mirri board.
2. Taking a piece of white card I embossed it with a snowflake
design, I then added definition by using Metallic Gilding Wax
Ultramarine by Creative Expressions to the snowflakes.

3.  The image is by Amy Design and its called Christmas Couple.
This I stamped onto a circle die cut frame from Spellbinder and
coloured using pro-markers. I then added an overlay of snow acetate
and using foam pads I adhered it to the card.

    4. Taking a piece of polka dot ribbon I threaded it around the frame
and  added pieces of holly to give it a wreath effect.

5. The sentiment was die cut out of red mirri board using the
Robert Adams sentiment dies.

And there you have it, I would like to thank you all for taking the
time to follow me and to welcome my new followers and to
thank  you  all for the comments on my work, I really do love
reading them  and appreciate them.

Good Evening My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors,

I hope you are all well.  I would like to welcome my new followers to my blog and
I hope you continue to enjoy your visits.  Thank you all for your lovely comments
and for your get well wishes, I am please to tell you I am fine today.  What was
wrong yesterday I have no idea, I just felt so tired and had no energy but going
to bed early seem's to have done the trick.

Not been up to much today only housework (boring) then nipped into town to do a
few errands, Linda came round this afternoon and put me straight on a few
things I have been doing wrong on  my blog ( I will get the hang of this,
if it's the last thing I do )  NOW NOW, STOP LAUGHING.
Hope you like today's little make ?

DETAILS

1. On an 8 x8 deckled edge card I mounted pink pearl card that
I have embossed.
2. I took the topper from Hunkydory and glittered certain parts
and then put Rhinestone borders down both sides to add
effect.  I then mounted it onto the card.
3. The sentiment has been printed off the  (Words of Inspiration) by
Debbi Moore CD and reads {Life is not measured by the breaths we
take But by the Moments that take our Breath Away} I used a
Spellbinder die from the Labels Eight to enhance it.
4. To complete I then placed two white feathers onto card and
secured with a Dazzler Setting and Frosted Dazzler by
Creative Expressions.

I do hope you have enjoyed your visit and as always

Party Girl

Good Evening to my crafty friends, followers and visitors,

Well today has been very quite for me so I have spent most of my day in my craft room and
watching Create and Craft .  I did intend to do some planting but seeing the weather I decided
not today. I am afraid I love my garden but only like to work in it when the weather is warm and sunny.
Today's make is a little on  the  sophisticated style, hope you like.

DETAILS

1.  8 x8 Metallic Grey card

2. I then used a Hunkeydory embossed red card to
create the background.

3. Onto black card I used the mask( ornate Frame) from
Creative Expressions. The textured paste was also from
Creative Expressions - Warm Gold Sparkle Cosmic Shimmer.

4. The image if from one of Debbie Moore's design collections. I
cut slits into the frame and put to allow me to create a dome with
the image.

5. To complete the card I added feather, flowers and red gems
from my stash.

Thank you for visiting, I hope you have enjoyed it.

Until next time
Take Care and Happy Crafting.

Lelli-Bot group and I will be issued with a badge to add to my blog YIPPPPPPP !!!!!
I felt quite humble that out of all the beautiful cards that the Lelli-Bot ladies make I had been chosen.
The card that won was Golden Girls and is on my blog if you would like to see.
