dark as when I take them they look fine. Sorry.

DETAILS

1. Using a 7 x7 card I matted a quarter of it with embossed
dotty card.

2. With my Tonic square dies I die cut two out of blue card. I
then added a doily between them and a piece of blue
crochet ribbon across them both. They were then adhered
to the base using foam tape.

3. The image was printed out and coloured with Copic and
then die cut using Tonic Elegant Ovals, before I removed
it from the die  I used Pan Pastels over the background.
It was then mounted using foam tape.

4. The flourish was cut with a Tattered Lace die and again
I used Pan Pastels to colour, this was then added just
under the image frame,

5. Still using the Elegant Ovals I cut the sentiment tag
and added the word using the Tattered Lace Alphabet.

To complete I added an assortment of blue flowers from my stash.

So come on, lets see what blue creations you come up with.
Remember it can be anything you choose as long as it
uses the colour BLUE.

So what have you all been up to? me I have done the usual today food shopping
for mum and ourselves and now in my craft room having me time while hubby
is watching TV and keeping an eye on Oscar (our Pekingese) as he had an op
yesterday to remove 4 cysts from his back.  Luckily they are not serious
but the poor little thing is looking so sorry for himself and now has 4 bald
patches on his lovely fur.

I will attached a photo of him to the bottom of this post and if you see
the light patch near his back end that is one of the cuts.

Today's card is using one of  the new Tattered lace dies

1. Stared with a white DL card and added a piece of plain
black card.

2. I die cut the bird houses using the new Tattered Lace die

3. Using a word die (sorry cannot remember which one it is )
I cut the words NEW HOME  and adhered then and that is it!

Winter's Evening

Good Afternoon, my crafty friends, followers and visitors

How are we all today, weather not been to bad managed to get my garden done
and boy does my back know it.
I told you the other day that hubby was taking me out for the day and would
not tell me where, well I can tell you we went to Quarry Bank Mill in Styal
Cheshire ( it's about 40 mins drive from us).    If any of you are watching
The Mill on Sundays thats the mill that its based on and some scenes have
been filmed there, mostly where the machines are.  We has a super day
and its a nice place to visit, lovely gardens, nice cafe and the weather
was kind to us, what more can you ask for.

Well today I thought I would share another Christmas card with you again
using the Tattered Lace window Die (I do like this die)

DETAILS

1. Started with an 8 x 8 scolloped edged card to which I have
added another piece of card that I have embossed with a snowflake
design.

2. To enhance the snowflakes I have used Pinfliar Buff-it in Silver.
Before the panel was mounted onto the card I took  a piece of
tartan  ribbon and wrapped it around.

3. Using red mirri board I cut out the window with the Tattered
Lace Window die, I then took a winter scene from Robert Adams
CD Christmas Trees cut it down to fit behind the die then
adhered it to the card.

4. The pointsettia was cut using the Spellbinder die out of cream
centura pearl card and glittered (although its not showing up)
a red gem was added to the middle.  The flourish was again cut
using the same centura pearl cream card and also glittered.

  5. To complete I used the Tattered Lace Winter Wishes die for the
sentiment  and  added another piece of ribbon that has the greeting
 Merry Christmas printed on it.

Well my friends I am afraid that is it for today, hope you enjoyed
your visit.

Window to Christmas

Good Afternoon My crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors,

Sorry not been around much but been busy decorating.  I suppose its one form of
crafting but not one I wish to take up, anyway how are we all? I hope you are
all well and enjoying the sunshine, although today is not very sunny here in
Warrington.  Yesterday whilst I was armed with my paint brush the sun was
shining and it was hot, today was Housework and I thought once done I
can enjoy the sunshine WRONG - windy and no sun Typical !!.

Now that I have gotten that off my chest lets move on, today's offering
is yet another Christmas card (well it's something we all have to get going with )
so hope you like?

DETAILS

1. I took an 8 x8 scalloped edge card and to this I added a
piece of silver  mirri board which I have embossed using
one of LeCreaDesign embossing folders - Art nr. 35.9753

2. Using Tattered Lace dies - Sleigh and Window I cut
these out of red mirri board.

3. The picture is one from Hundydory and I adhered this
to the window frame before adhering to my card.

4. The Happy Christmas  sentiment is also from Tattered
Lace and was cut from the same red  mirri board.

5. To finish off I added a red triple bow by using the
new Bow Maker.

Before I leave, I would just like to extend a warm welcome to
my new followers ( I get so excited when I see another follower)
and hope you like what you see.

Well Folks hope you enjoyed till next time,

Picture Postcard

Good Afternoon
My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors,

Well everyone I'm back, had a nice relaxing holiday in Yorkshire and the weather
was not unkind to us, although I would have liked more sunshine but cannot complain.

The following card I made before I went away but did not have time to blog, so
here goes.  Oh by the way guess what, I have won a challenge !!! and the
prise was a stamp from Little Claire Designs named Silhouette Picnic.  I have
not got my winners badge yet as to be honest I do not know how to get it ( but
I know a lady that does and I will asking her tomorrow - Yes its You Linda, you
lucky lady) Ha Ha!!

DETAILS

Started with 8 x8 scalloped edge white card, the using a piece of
adorable  Scorable  backing card from the Hunkydory Pretty Petals
range I took a piece of lace and adhered it around the card before
mounting it onto my card.
I then took two postcards again from Hunkydory Sent with Love
Postcard Toppers and placed at angles onto the base backing card.

The rose is also from the Pretty Petals kit and has been decoupaged
and then mounted flat onto my card.

To complete I then die cut a butterfly  using  the Tattered Lace
butterfly die out of silver mirri board and glued to the top.

Thank you all for visiting, I hope you have enjoyed it.

DAY DREAMING

Good Afternoon my Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors,

Well the day has not been too bad so far, hubby took me for a drive this morning then we
had a spot of lunch then back home for a relaxing couple of hours in the sunshine.
On the whole a nice Anniversary.  Will be going off into town tomorrow for a spot
of business then I am told we will be off somewhere else, we shall see.

Today's card has taken me a couple of days to complete, as once I have coloured the
image I could not get the combination right but I think I have managed it in the end.

DETAILS

1. Card size is 8 x 8 scalloped edge and to this I  added
gold mirri board.
2. Onto the mirri board I added a backing paper from
Craftworks Cards Paper Pad -  Paradise but before
sticking it down I have added a gold ribbon.
3. The image has been coloured with pro-markers then
distressed.  I then added a gold border and using
foam pads for height I  stuck  it to the backing paper.
4. To complete I glued two buttons, a gold bow, candy's
and added the sentiment SWEET DREAMS cut from
the Tattered Lace Sentiment die

Lilac Sparkle

Hello again my friends,

Don't get to excited that I have done two blogs today.
I did not think I would have this one ready but have managed to  finish.

DETAILS

1. Started out with an 8 x6 card, the backing is silver mirri board

2. Onto the mirri board I then added two of the papers from the
Lelli-Bot's Radiant Butterflies collection, before sticking down

mirror the topper. It was then mounted onto the card using
foam pads.

Lemon

Morning My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors,

I hope you are all well and hopefully enjoying the bank holiday.  Up to now it looks like we
might have a nice day.  Todays card is mostly Tattered Lance, I hope you like?

DETAILS

1. I used an  8 x 8 White card bank to this I cut two corners into
the card using a Tonic Corner Die. I then embossed the card
front using a Sheena Douglass embossing folder from her
Taste of India Collection, then I  covered it using Lilac ink.

2. I then added lemon pearl card to the inside, so that it would
show through the corners.

3. Next I took lemon pearl  card and die cut the frame using the
Tattered Lace Ornamental Diamond Rectangle and added it to
the card.

4. The centre flower and the butterfly were both cut using again
Tattered Lace dies.

5. The other corner pieces were made up by using  the waste
from the Ornamental Diamond Rectangle. Pearls were
added to the frame and butterfly.  The tag for the
sentiment is the inner part of the Diamond Rectangle and
to this I added the words made up from the Tattered Lace
Alphabet dies

6. The whole card was finished off by adding a lemon bow.

I hope you have enjoyed your visit and as always

Until Next Time
Take Care and Happy Crafting.

Not had much time to craft this weekend as its flown by and things have been a bit hectic. Firstly
going back and to to see mum, who by the way is improving and is now eating although her back
pain will not ease, hopefully she will be able to cope. Secondly my dear Hubie yesterday
decided he would vacuum out his car and whilst cutting the cable tie on his hoover, yes you have
guessed he managed to slice the top of his finger with the Stanley knife.  Men being men he told
me to just plaster it up.  This happened around lunch time and by 8pm I was winging him to
A & E as the bleeding would not stop and he ended up having three stitches (MEN), so by the
time we got home it was after 10pm. Hey Ho that's life, anyway I hope you like my creation.

DETAILS

1.  8 x8 white card blank to this I added  navy  card.
  2.   A smaller backing card in red was added on top
of the navy card.
3. I then die cut another navy card using the Spellbinder
Grand Circles.
4. Once the circle was cut I then pleated red dotted ribbon
all the way round the edge.
5. Using white card stock I die cut the Ferris Wheel the
Helter Skelter and Carousel using the Tattered Lace
dies and then backed them onto red card.
6. The sentiment was created by using the Tattered Lace
alphabet and mounted onto navy card an then
mounted using foam pads.

I hope you have enjoyed your visit and I would you to leave a
comment.

Until next time, Take Care and Happy Crafting.

Playtime

Hi Everyone, hope you are all well?.

The weather here is not very nice today as it's raining but
I will be able to play in my craft room without looking out and thinking I need to be in the
sun.  Once again its Thursday (my how the weeks are flying by) and Mary my cousin will
be coming over, not sure how much crafting we will do as we have to go out first.  Anyway
my friends whatever you are are up to hope you have a good day. Today.s card is again a
stamped one - Hope you like?

DETAILS

Card is made from white card stock and measures 20cm, I scored at 10cm
to create the panel.  Next I embossed the front panel with a Sheena
Douglass  Taste of India embossing folder.  The inside panel has been
covered with a backing paper from the Tattered Lace magazine ( think it
was issue 1).  I then die cut the tree using the Spellbinder Flutterby Tree
and cut extra butterflies for the front panel. The image I coloured using
Pro-Markers then mounted onto a piece of Hessian before attaching to
the card. For the  finishing details I added buttons and a bow from my
stash and placed the extra butterflies around the image. The sentiment
was stamped onto white card and die cut using  part of a Die'sire
Magic Mirror die.

I would like to enter this into the following challenge

I love Pro-markers  #220 Anything Goes

I hope you have enjoyed your visit and that you will come back soon.

Hey Girlfriend

Good Morning followers crafty friends and visitors and welcome to my blog, I hope you are all well
and enjoying the sunshine today, let hope it lasts. Today I have created another card using a stamped
image.
DETAILS

I took an A4 Cream card blank and mounted black card onto it, then
covered with a backing paper from Creative Expressions. The image
was coloured again using Pro-markers and distressed around the
edges with Antique Linen by Tim Holt's, I then mounted it onto
black card and attached using foam pads to the card.  The flowers
were cut from black card using Tattered Lace Mini Blooms die
and then I added glitter which gave the blue glitter effect.  These
were then mounted onto to the card .

I do hope you have enjoyed your visit and I would love to read
any comments you may wish to leave.

Until next time, Take Care ands Happy Crafting

My Little Friend

Good Morning Crafty friends, followers and visitors,

Well what a week its been for me, mum has been laid up in bed due to problems with her back which meant I have been going to her everyday from early morning until late afternoon. I had to get the doctor back out on Wednesday and its been decided that she  needs to go into a  rehabilitation centre to try and her back onto her feet, she will be there for 2/3 weeks and hopefully they will be able to help her out.
So my friends hence why I have not blogged, but I have managed to get a make done, yet again I have had a go at stamping ( I will get the technique if if the last thing I do). I do hope you like.

DETAILS

A4 Card stock embossed, I then added my stamped image
which had been coloured using Pro-markers, then die
cut using a Spellbinder die. Card was finished off
by adding a bow from my stash.
The sentiment is made up from a Tattered Lace Alphabet Die.

I hope you have enjoyed your visit today, and I love reading your comments.

So until next time, Take Care and Happy Crafting
