starting today over at Whoopsi Daisy and our theme this month  is

BLING IT ON

A really nice challenge as it means no limit to the sparkle and lets face it
we all love a bit of bling, so come on lets see what you can do.
More details over on the Whoopsi Daisy Challenge Blog here
If you should need a little inspiration, then if you visit our
blog the wonderful design team have some stunning makes to share.

Please Note :-**NEW RULE**  We now have a limit of 2 entries per person, however,
if 1 of your entries uses an image from Whoopsi Daisy, you may have an additional entry.
So, if you use a Whoopsi Daisy image, you may enter 3 times total.

Here is my DT make, I have a great a time designing this one and love
how it's turned out.

DETAILS

               1. Using white linen effect card I made the base, size is 19cm square.
Then using pink satin card I cut it down to 18.5cm  square
another  white linen card was then  cut to 18cm square.

 2. Using an X-cut die I created the aperture first in the pink
card then in  the white.

           3. Before matting together I took a fabric paper from First Edition
Rose Garden paper pad and adhered to the pink card. I then
adhered the white card over the top.

               4. Next I took a pre coloured image from the Cd Sentimentally Yours
from Ruby Red (which can be purchased at the Whoopsi Daisy shop
link above or from Ruby Red Crafts).  I fuzzy cut her and using foam
tape  adhered her to the frame. Before doing that I glittered parts of
her dress and headband.

           5. To complete the design, I added the bling swirls (from the Range £1)
and using my glue gun adhered a row of  pearl  beads. The flower flourish
also from the Range was glued to the card  and I have added a dazzler
to its centre.  The sentiment (For a Wonderful Friend) from my stash.

I hope you have enjoyed your visit and look forward to seeing
your makes.

Until Next Time

Tri Fold

Good Morning, My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

Hope you are well? Quick  post today as off to mums this morning
for my usual domestic chores.  Once you retire holidays don't seem to
bother you and you just carry on as normal.

Not that I am complaining I love being retired

Today my card has been made using the new Tri-Fold die from
Ruby Red Crafts and I must say it was a doddle to use.  Should you
fancy having a go the link to the store can be found Here.

DETAILS

1. The trifold card was created using an A4 sheet of white card.

2. All the panels were also done using the Tri fold die as
you get all the panels included, Great No Measuring.

3. The panels were done with paper from my stash and
I have decorated them with various bits from my stash.

4. The centre was taken from the Hunkydory  Little Book
of Birdsong and all I did was trim it to fit into the space.

Nice and easy and I must say I am impressed with
this die.

Well my friends, that's your lot from me today,
Hope you will pop back tomorrow as I will
have my DT head on for Lil Patch of Crafty Friends New Challenge

Wishing you all a very Happy Easter

Until Next Time

will be getting off to work, with the Monday blues but think, well it's
now one day nearer than yesterday till the  weekend is back with us !!
Hope the weather is being kind  to you in your part of the world and
that you are all keeping warm and safe.

Now done to business - It's 2nd February, the first Monday of the month
and once again time for  another challenge over at

Our theme this month is :- PRETTY IN PINK
details of this months prise over on the challenge blog.

I do hope you will join us again (last month's challenge had a wonderful response)
and should you need any inspiration, please pop over to the challenge blog and
view all the gorgeous creations that our wonderful design team have
created.  Here is my little contribution, hope you like?

DETAILS

1. Card size 8 x 8 and I have embossed a piece of white
card  using one of the  new Crafters Companion
 Embossalicious folder called Floral Tressis.

2. Before adhering to the card I wrapped a piece of pink ribbon
across ( I know it does not show but the writing on the  ribbon
reads It's a Girl).

3. Using the new Cd Sentimentally Your from Ruby Red
available HERE I printed off the image and using
foam pads to give more height adhered it to the card.

4. The cot has been die cut with a Tattered Lace die
and glittered before attaching to the card. The ribbon
across the top, I have had for many years and I think
it's so cute.

5. To create the decorative frame I took patterned  vellum
and using a Momento  Collection  Ornamental Lace die
created the frame and adhered it the embossed card
before attaching to the card base.

To complete I added flowers from my stash and using  Cosmic Shimmer
Vintage Pink Pearlescent PVA created the little pearls in the centre
of each flower on the embossing.

So there we are - I do hope you join in the challenge, looking
forward to seeing all you wonderful creations.

Hope you have enjoyed your visit today, until tomorrow

board and the image was adhered to it.  Both  were
the placed onto the card at angles.

4. The image was taken for the new Cd "Step into Spring

Pro markers to colour her.

then I went over the stamp using Tim Holt distressed

Walkies

Good Afternoon,
My crafty friends, followers and visitors

How are we all today? well I hope and those of you who under the
weather I send you big hugs and wish you a speedy recovery.
Not been up to much today, been over to see mum, took Oscar
for his walk and back home doing housework.

After lunch I though I can hear something and yes IT WAS CRAFT
ROOM CALLING so here I  am doing my blog and then having
a play.
You know how I much I am enjoying using Whoopsi Daisy
images, well guess what I have made top three AGAIN!!
I am amazed and  feel so proud and I cannot tell you the boost
it is giving my confidence.

Today I am giving you a make using the Sassy & Classy Cd

DETAILS

1. Card blank is a fancy edge from my stash.

                 2.   Ran off the image from the Sassy & Classy Cd from
Ruby Red Crafts and then coloured her using Spectrum
Noir Pens.  I then cut out the image using  the
Grand Labels Four by Spellbinder and also using the
same die I cut another piece of patterned card.

                     3.   The two were then laid at different angles onto the card

   4.  To complete I added Crystal Blossoms from
Keepsake Card Crafts around the edges and
stuck three orange daisies at the top.

Hope you have enjoyed your visit and As Always

Hey Girl

Good Evening Everyone,

How are we all today? well what a day its been with this weather, I was
at mum's today doing her housework and when  I got there  the weather was
sunny, so out I went to peg out the washing, it had only been out about
half a hour when it started raining ( you know the type of rain that is
very fine but wets you through) well my little legs  ran into the garden
to bring it all in. This went on for a couple of hours, washing out, washing in
in the end I gave up, brought it home shoved it in the dryer.

Today's make is using the new Sassy & Classy Cd, hope you like.

DETAILS

               1. Card base is made using the new Easel Card Die from Ruby Red
Crafts and is a joy to use, backing paper also from the  Cd.

2. The image was printed off the Sassy & Cassy Cd again
from Ruby Red Crafts and I coloured her with Spectrum Noir
Pens.

3 I then die cut the image using Spellbinder Grand Labels 4 and
also using the same die cut another label in black card.  The
two dies were then put together at an angle and adhered to the
easel card.

    4. Using white card  and a Tonic flourish die  I cut one single
flourish and with red roses from my stash used these to
complete my card.

Well that's all for now my friends
