1. Card base is 8 x 8. Using a piece of lemon card I
embossed it with Crafters Companion Floral Trellis.
I  then took a piece of purple satin ribbon and
wrapped around before adhering to my card.

2. I then took a small piece of purple card and embossed
with Craft Concepts embossing folder Florette and
then adhered  this to the card.

3. The image Prom Princess was coloured with Copic's
markers and then fuzzy cut. Using Glue Gel I then
mounted her onto the card.

4. The heart was cut using a Tattered Lace die and the
corner is SB Fantastic Flourish corner die.

5. I used purple Cosmic Shimmer  PVA to make the
the centre's in  each flower on the embossing to
stand out.

6. To the small embossed flowers I have added gold
gems to the centres.

To complete I have attached flowers from my stash.

Sail Away

Good Morning
My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

Hope you are all well and looking forward to the weekend.

I just hope the weather improves as I seriously need some sunshine in my life.

Quick post today as with it being Friday, I am off to mums to do her cleaning.

She is having a new sink and unit fitted in the bathroom today and I have to
be there to oversee the plumber as mum being mum will hide herself away
in the lounge as she has never been very good at dealing with things like
this, so hey ho it all down to me.

Hope you enjoy my little make

DETAILS

1. Started with a 5 x 7 cream card.

2. The backing paper is from the cd Times Gone By
from Crafters Companion and I have distressed it
before adhering to the card.

3. Using an oval die I cut the frame from cream card
and stamped. Next I ran my distress ink lightly over
it to age it.
4. The images are again from the same Cd and these
were also distressed before adhering.

5. The anchor is cut from a Robert Adams die and
I used brown card then I rubbed Pebeo Renaissance
Gilding wax over it.

To complete I wrapped a gold twine around and
threaded it through the anchor.

Thanks for calling

Just For You

Good Morning
My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

Hope you are all enjoying this lovely weather, and making the most of getting
outside?.

I absolutely love the hot weather and am enjoying it so far but for me it
needs to be hotter, although I have been in the garden doing some much
needing gardening, hence to say my blog has not been getting the attention
only to do my DT work.  I just hate being inside when the sun is out,
I cannot help it, if I am stuck inside I start to get really fed up and
don't have the heart to do thing that keep in.  Are any of you the same
or is just me ???

Today's card is a quickie and was all done in MCS apart from the
backing, Hope you like.

DETAILS

1. Card size is 7 x 10 and to this I added a cream (looks gold in
the picture) backing paper that I embossed using Crafters
Companion Embossalicious Delicate Floral Embossing
folder.

2. Using MCS I created the picture and added the embellishments
of flowers, bow and butterfly. The sentiment was also digitally
done.  I then printed it off onto super smooth.

3. The image was then mounted onto white card and then
adhered to the embossed backing paper.

4. To complete I added two white feathers a pearl stick pin
and created a small white bow from spider web using
a square pearl gem at its centre.

Well my friends, I will have to take my leave as its
Thursday and as you may know by now that it's
the day that my cousin Mary comes to visit and
also our crafting day (or shopping, or chatting
depending on how we both feel on the day)

So hopefully I will be back tomorrow, I hope you will
and that you have enjoyed your visit. I will  be visiting
your blogs later to see what you have been up to.

Dreams of Paris

Good Afternoon
My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

How are we all doing today? at least the weather is a bit better today.
Still  chilly for me but hopefully as the week progresses, maybe the
weather will.
I see that I have at last made it to 80 followers, sorry I do not know who
No 80 is but you are very welcome and I hope you will continue to
follow.  Just let me know your ID then I can follow you if I am not
already doing so.

Quick card today as not felling in the mood to craft today, for what
reason I do not know but hopefully I will get back on track tomorrow.

DETAILS

1. Using a blank 5 x 7 card I matted it with black card

2. The backing paper was taken along with all the
element from the new Crafters Companion CD
Times Gone By. I played the backing paper on
top of the black card, then the topper was also
matted onto black card and then adhered to the
card at an angle.

3.When the sheet was printed out it also contained
the tags and smaller topper, so I decided to use
everything that was on the sheet. Just
matting them all onto black card, placing
them at different angles along the card and
using a piece of bakers twine for the tags.

So so simple and there are lots of really
nice elements on the cd, if vintage is
your thing, or if just like me sometimes
it's nice to make a vintage card.

Well folks that's it from me, off the see
what everyone has been up to and  do
some commenting.

Hope to see you tomorrow

nice and simple, so come on lets see what you

blog the wonderful design team have some stunning makes to share.

Here is my DT make, Hope you like

1. Started with a large fancy edges card and have used it
in landscape and backed it using a pale blue satin card that
I embossed with Crafters Companion Embossing folder
Distress.

Ascot and coloured her with my Copics. I then fuzzy cut her

enhance it. The ribbon down the side was also created in
Serif. Once this was all done I then took my image and
using foam pads placed her onto the backing. Next I
added a lace border next to the ribbon.

Pearl stick pins all from my stash.

To complete I added flat bottom pearls at the corners.
