Plough The Field

Good Morning
My Crafty Friend, Followers and Visitors

I trust everyone is fine, if not sending wishes for a speedy recovery.

Todays blog features my Third card for A Bit More Time To Craft , their challenges are

Always Anything Goes
 so really easy.

The prizes for three randomly picked winners will be dig papers
from Lozzy. ( If you look on the challenge blog under paper pick tab, you
will see all the fabulous paper that Lozzy has designed and believe me
there are some fabulous ones)

We would also  love you  to join our Facebook group

So without further  ado here is my card.

DETAILS
1. Using an 8 x8 white card I have embossed it using a
vintage folder that I inked with black ink before running
through my machine.

         2. I then took the backing papers from the Paper Packs by Lozzy
IT'S STRIPES and CHECKOUT DIGI PAPERS. Printed
them onto super smooth, cut into squares and mounted
onto black card.

3. The image is from our sponsor  DELICIOUS DOODLES
and is entitled Vintage Style Working The Land.
You can purchase it HERE. I coloured it using
Copic markers and then using a SB round die cut it out.
Using the next size round die up I cut another frame
in black card and mounted the image onto it using
foam pads.

I do hope you will come along and join us over at
our Challenge blog and have a look at the fantastic
papers Lozzy has designed.  The team also
have created some super cards and would love
you to visit.

Until Next Time

Tis The Season

Good Afternoon
My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

Not long to go now before the big day arrives, sometimes  you wonder why do
we rush around like headless chickens, when  its all over in a day.

I am still looking forward to it though - hope you are too.

As you know with it being Wednesday, its time for another challenge  over
at Penny's Paper Crafty and the design team once again have made some
fabulous creations, so pop on over and take a peep.

 Our Theme this week is:-

ANYTHING GOES - Easy so come on, join in the fun.

Our Sponsor this week is BUGABOO - whose prize is 7 YES
7 Digi's of winners choice
Here is my design - hope you like it as much I have enjoyed creating it.

DETAILS

1. I made a stepper card and covered with paper  from
my stash.

2. The image from Bugaboo is called Psycho Stella and
I have coloured her using pro markers.  I really think
this image is great fun and really enjoyed bringing
her to life. Every time I look at her I just start to
smile.

3.  Once the image was coloured I die cut it using  a Signature
Die from Joanna Sheen. Using the same die I cut another
frame from blue satin  card and mounted the image into it.

4. To enhance the frame I covered with pearls added an orange
and white  spotted bow ( to match Stella's Jacket) and two
stick pins in orange and blue.

5. To complete the card I added flowers from my stash and added
the sentiment (which is also from Bugaboo and goes with this
image) and was die cut using SB die Fancy Frames Tag 1.

Thanks for dropping by and we look forward to seeing
your creations.

Little Madam

Good Evening
My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

I trust we are all well?.  Well nearly another week gone already, I cannot believe how
fast the weeks are going.  It will be Christmas before we know it and I still have
around 20 Christmas cards left to make.

What plans do we all have for the weekend? I am off to the NEC on Saturday
with cousin Mary and really looking forward to it and to hopefully meeting
up with some crafty buddies, which should be fun.  If any of you are there
on Saturday and recognise me,give me a shove and say hello.

I would also like to say  a big thank you to my new followers  and although
I don't seem to get the time to blog each day, I do hope that when I do
I can entertain you and that you will continue to support me with all your
lovely comments.

My creation today is again a colouring one and I have taken the image from the
Cd MY Besties and  she is called  New Messy Maddie.  I am having so much
fun colouring and trying to learn the techniques,  I hope you like.

DETAILS
1. Card is again 8 x8  ( my favourite) and I have covered  with
some backing paper that I have had for years and had forgotten
about.  Although you cannot see it the flowers all have glitter
on them.

2. The image I have coloured using pro markers and then die
cut using SB  Bow Elegance.  I also cut another frame from
peach card and adhered it to the back but before putting
them together I threaded pink ribbon through the first frame.

3. I adhered her to the card using foam pads and added the
sentiment.

Well my friends, that's all from me tonight and hopefully I
will blog again either tomorrow or Sunday.

Until Next Time

Harvesting

Afternoon to you all and welcome to my blog,

Hope you are well and doing what makes you happy.  Today has been a
day for housework, I know its a dirty word but hey we have to do it if only
to keep hubby happy and say " OH I have never stopped today "right.
Been to the hospital this afternoon for an X-ray on my hip as not sure
if it's arthritis or the hip is giving up as I am in a lot of pain when I walk
and if I am sat once I try to get up I look about 90 (be careful now).

Anyway enough of the boring stuff, today's card was actually made
the other day just have not got round to adding it to my blog . Hope you like.

DETAILS

1. I used an8 x8 white card and covered it with mint green
pearl card stock. The frame was cut out of the same card
using the Spellbinder  Branching Out die. I actually cut
two frames and pieced  together to make a larger frame,
I then wrapped a ribbon around the frame before sticking
to the background.
2. The image and spotty backing paper are both from
the Forest Friends Collection 1 by Cupcakecrafting
3. I then took  the image and mounted it onto more
of the mint green card stock and used form pads to give
it that extra bit of height.
4. To complete I took three buttons in the same colour and
adhered them with my glue gun.

Well that's it my friends for today, I hope you have
enjoyed your visit.
So as always
Take Care and Happy Crafting

Butterfly Blue

Good Afternoon my crafty friends, followers and visitors,

Hope you are all well?, its a funny day today, when I got up at 6am the sun
was shining and lovely blue sky. As the day has gone on cloud and the
sun has decided to play peep a boo (but it's forgotten the peep),
never mind tomorrow's another day.  Quick blog today as I have to go
and do my ironing before hubby come home.  Hope you like toady's
make?

 DETAILS

1. Card stock is 6 x51/2 with scalloped edge down the side.
2. I matted card with white embossed card then blue pearl card
that has been embossed with leaves. Before I stuck to the
card I adhered a blue ribbon round the middle and along
the edge.
3. The image I coloured with pro-markers then used Print
Magic (Crystal)  by Debbi Moore to add shine.
4. I then cut the image using Spellbinder Dies Labels Eight
and also using the next size up in Labels Eight I cut
another  in brown.  The brown frame has been edged
with gold peel offs.
5. Then using the Tonic butterflies dies I cut three butterflies
in various sizes and stuck then onto the ribbon. I used
gems to create the butterflies trails from my stash.

I hope you have enjoyed your visit and as always
Take Care and Happy Crafting.

Gone Fishing

Good Afternoon, Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors,

Having a nice day today crafting with Mary and catch up chat. Managed
to get a photo ( although not very good)  of the Woodpecker that has decided to visit
me for the past week and whilst  I am doing this blog he is here again.
Have managed to do a male card today although I do not like doing them
as I never see to get them right but I am quite pleased with this one.

DETAILS

1. Using an A5 cream  scalloped edge card I matted it with
Brown card stock.
2. I then stamped the images onto white card and coloured
with pro-markers, then distressed with Tim Holts Walnut
Stain.  The images and verse are all from Personal Impressions
Fishing Set  -Designed by Sue Dix.
3. They were then die cut using Spellbinder Labels Ten
also same die used to cut brown card that the images are
mounted onto too.
4. The background although you cannot see very well
has been taken from the Digi Kit embossing folder
Scenes by Serif
5. To complete I  added the Happy Birthday
die cut sentiment.

Well that's all for today, apart from welcoming  my
new followers and my thanks to
you all for all for your support and lovely comments, they
 really do mean a lot.

Hopefully be back tomorrow, so as always
Take Care and Happy Crafting.

Playtime

Hi Everyone, hope you are all well?.

The weather here is not very nice today as it's raining but
I will be able to play in my craft room without looking out and thinking I need to be in the
sun.  Once again its Thursday (my how the weeks are flying by) and Mary my cousin will
be coming over, not sure how much crafting we will do as we have to go out first.  Anyway
my friends whatever you are are up to hope you have a good day. Today.s card is again a
stamped one - Hope you like?

DETAILS

Card is made from white card stock and measures 20cm, I scored at 10cm
to create the panel.  Next I embossed the front panel with a Sheena
Douglass  Taste of India embossing folder.  The inside panel has been
covered with a backing paper from the Tattered Lace magazine ( think it
was issue 1).  I then die cut the tree using the Spellbinder Flutterby Tree
and cut extra butterflies for the front panel. The image I coloured using
Pro-Markers then mounted onto a piece of Hessian before attaching to
the card. For the  finishing details I added buttons and a bow from my
stash and placed the extra butterflies around the image. The sentiment
was stamped onto white card and die cut using  part of a Die'sire
Magic Mirror die.

I hope you have enjoyed your visit and that you will come back soon.
