My Crafty Friends, Visitors and Follower.

Today's card should have been scheduled for the
Ooh La La challenge but unfortunately the
challenges have had to be cancelled until
the start of the New Year.

So I am still showing  the card I have made as I
really enjoyed making this one.

DETAILS

1. First I printed off two backing papers and a sheet
        of the image, (on these sheets you get the same
 image in varying sizes).

2. 8 x 8 card was first matted with black card.  Then
one of the backing papers.

3. Next I created a smaller black frame and added the
second backing paper.

4. I  cut another black panel that was just a smidgen
larger that the topper and laid this on the card
at an angle.  The topper ( isn't he magnificent )
was then adhered with foam tape again at an angle

To complete I took a smaller topper again mounted
ont black card and adhered to the card with foam tape.

For my card I have used the image Magical Day from

All Dressed Up.  Click on the link HERE to go to

DETAILS

1. Card size is 8 x 8 and I have firstly matted it with black card.

Next layer is one of the papers from Lozzy's paper pack. Onto

this I took another of Lozzy's papers from the Halloween

collection and cut two strips and adhered them at the top

and bottom.

2. Using a Tattered Lace die ( sorry forgot the name) I first

cut a frame in black and then die cut the image.  Coloured

the image with Copic and added a bit of glitter (sorry not

showing up)  Then mounted it using foam pads to the 

black frame.

This is my second post of the day

 so really easy and so much fun as the choice is yours.

For my card I have used papers from the following digi collections

Time Again
Hearts and Hearts
love Goes

DETAILS

1. Using a 7 x 7 card I firstly matted it with Dark blue card

and paper from the Time Again Collection.

2. Next I took the other two papers and cut using a circle die.

I then adhered to the card.

3. The image is one that I won a while back and is from

Sherry Baldy.  I have coloured it using my Copic and

then inked around the die using Stormy Sky from Tim

Holt.  I also used the same ink to ink all the  layers.

To complete I die cut the sentiments from leftover

card stock that was used on the first layer.

For my card I have use the image Shelby Version 3 by

Nikki Burnette and if you would like this image,

DETAILS

1. My card size is 8 x 8 and I have firstly matted it with

black card and then a backing paper taken from the cd

 Fairy Cobblers 3 my Magik Graphics. Next layer is

black card and onto this I have layered  a background

that I have created using Brusho crystal colours.

2. Die cut a circle from  black card and adhered to the card.

The image has been coloured with Copic and I have added

Glossy Accent to her wings and the snail's body. Again

used a circle die and then adhered to the larger circle.

To complete I have added black and green Nuvo drops at

the corners and around the circle ( quite hard to see sorry).

I have chosen to use an image from the cd

For my project using this theme I decided not to
make a card but instead to created a picture frame.

DETAILS

1. Printed the image off the cd and then using 

the Tattered Lace Die Create A Frame I die

cut using green card.

2. Adhered the topper onto the frame and to

add that little extra around the topper I used

silver peel offs.

3. On the corners and middle sections of the

frame I have used glitter ( sorry not showing

up very well) for no other reason other than

I could.

To complete I have glued strand of flowers  from

my stash at each side of the frame.

DETAILS

1. Card size 7 x 7

2. Firstly I added a plain pink card to my card then
paper for the paper pack by Joanna Sheen.  Before
adding to my card I wrapped a piece of pink lace
across the centre.

3. Coloured the image with Copic and then die cut
and inked around the edges.  Added to the card
using foam tape.

4.  To complete I made a lace bow and added pink
gems to the corners.

  We are a monthly challenge that will

For my card I have used the image  Penny's Present 

from Di's Digi store

DETAILS

1. Using an 8 x 8 card I first matted it with two papers from

the paper pad Blissful Green by Ann Marie Designs.  To

conceal the join I secured a pink satin ribbon down the

centre of the card.

2. Die cut the image using a Sweet Dixie Die and then 

coloured the image with Copic.  Used green ink

around the edges and then mounted it onto a piece

of green card.  Adhered to the card a slight angle

using foam pads.

3. Embossed the Happy Birthday onto sliver mirri card

and adhered to the card again with foam pads.

To complete I have added green gems to the corners.

Cannot believe we are now in October, Christmas is
just around the corner  and not started on my Christmas
cards yet. Must get my finger out and get going.

 Well then - Welcome to challenge # 26  over at

Unicorn Challenge Blog 

The theme for this months challenge is

Perfectly Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness

Here is my card and hope you like.  

DETAILS

1. Started with an 8 x 8 card and first matted with pink pearlescent 

card.

2. Next layer is a backing paper taken from the Magik Graphics CD

Fairy Cobblers 3. I then added pink gems all around.

3. The image is from Connie Fong and called Penelope Poppy

and I have coloured  her with Copic.  Die cut her out using

Spellbinder die Romantic Rectangle.  Added to the card

using foam pads.

4. Made the bow and added to the top and added a pink gem

to the centre.

My how this year is flying by.

Today I want to let you know that I am now on the design team

For my card I am using the image Boo Boo Bear from

Digital Delights.  If you would like to purchase this

DETAILS

1. Card size is 8 x8 and I have firstly taken two

backing papers from my stash and adhered to the card.

To conceal the join I have stuck down a pink satin ribbon.

2. The image has been coloured using Copic and then

die cut using the Tattered Lace Velvet Lace Ruffle Circles.

Before adhering to the card I used Cosmic Shimmer Chalk

Cloud ink Princess Pink around the die.  It was then adhered

to the card using foam pads.

3. The sentiment Believe also comes with the bear and all

I have done is colour the bow and again used the chalk

ink before I remove it from the die, which by the way

is from the  Spellbinder Vintage Labels.

To complete I added the pink bow and gems.
