New Beginnings

My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors.

Hope everything is going well for you all and that you are
coping with the sudden drop in our temperature. Boy is it
cold !! 

Welcome back for another challenge over at

 Dream Valley 

The challenge runs every fortnight , posted every other Monday.

The theme for this fortnight's challenge is 

   New Beginnings

For my card I have used the pre-coloured image
Snail House.  You can also get it as a dig
ready for you to coloured. You can get it
and many more by just clicking on the link HERE.

DETAILS

1. Using an 8 x 8 white card I embossed it using a 
flower embossing folder.  I then used distress
 inks to colour and shade.

   2.Next I took paper from my stash and matted along 
      the bottom half of the card.  A spotty ribbon was 
       then adhered to conceal the join and finished with
 a bow and shimmer gold dome  sticker

 3, The image was then die cut and again using 
          the  same inks as the background, I went over 
        the image background  as I felt the white was
     a little harsh and I wanted to blend it into the
background.

To complete I added the sentiment and a shimmer
 gold dome sticker at each corner.


So there you have it, my take on New Beginning relates
