Does This Colour Suit

Good Afternoon

My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors

I trust you are all Ok, if you are not, then my best wishes are sent to hope
you feel better soon.

Well back in the swing of things now, seem as if I have been back ages.
I don't know about you but this weather is so depressing, summer what
summer well that is what we can say up  here in the North.  To think
last week I was walking about in shorts and sun tops now its jeans
and jumper. Ah well lets hope the sun decides to take a trip up to
the Northern part of England, promise you will get a lovely
reception.

Anyway lets get down to business, today is the start of a new
challenge over at Penny's Paper Crafty  and our theme for this
week is : -
 ANYTHING GOES everyone's favourite.

Our sponsors this week are

Prize 3 Digi images of winners choice
and

Prize $10 Gift Certificate for their store

The lovely ladies on the Design Team have created
some gorgeous  cards and would appreciated you
popping along to the challenge blog and maybe
leave them some love whilst you are there.

My card has been made using the image
80s Makup Fashion Hat Girl from  Lemon Shortbread
and you can purchase her by clicking HERE

DETAILS

1. Card size is 8  x 8 and I matted it with  a Lemon card

2. Next using two paper dollies I arrange them onto the
card and then adhered a patterned paper from the
Serenity collection by Trimcraft.

3. The image was printed onto super smooth card and
coloured with Copic's, and then distressed around the
edges with T/H peeled paint.  It was then die cut using SB
Labels Eight. I then cut another one out of  lemon
card and arranged behind the image.

4. The lace was die cut using green patterned card and
using the Joanna Sheen die Grace Lace Border
(don't you think its fabulous). Adhered to the
backing paper before the image was stuck down.

5. The border down the side was created with a
SB die (sorry do not know the name) out of
Lemon card and I inked through the die
using the same T/H ink Peeled Paint.

To complete I die cut the butterfly used three
gold gems along its body. Three green gems
were added at the bottom.

So there you have it, do go over and join our challenge
the girls and I are all waiting.

Until Next Time
As Always
