Love To Paint

Good Morning

My Crafty Friends, followers and Visitors

Welcome to today's  challenge #  78
( This will be our last one this year) over at

 and the theme is

ANYTHING GOES

Our sponsors for this challenge are :-

A Day For Daisies

Prize $12 Gift Certificate

Prize 3 Digi Stamps

Prize 7 Digi images of winners choice

My card has been made using the image Finger Paint from
A Day For Daisies and if you would like to purchase, then
please click on the link HERE.

DETAILS
1. Using a 7 x 7 card I first matted it with kraft card.
Next layer is paper from my stash and I  then
inked around the edges.

2. Cut another square of kraft card and to this
I have adhered a piece of marble paper from
Craftwork cards paper pack Marble. I die
cut it using Spellbinder Grand Scalloped Squares.
Mounted onto card with foam tape. Again inked
around the edges

3. Took a circle die and again the marble paper
and die cut it. Attached this to a circle of kraft
card and again adhered to card. Same as the
other die, inked the edges.

4. The image was printed onto water colour card
and I coloured it using Derwent Inktense Pencils
( Only the second time of using but I have done
my best). This was then die cut with a circular
die mounted onto a circular kraft card. I then
used distress ink to cover the frame as I did
not want to leave it white.

To complete I have added Nuvo Jewel Drops
(these are awesome) around the image and
in the top and bottom left hand corner.

All that remains is for me to wish you

A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS
HAPPY NEW YEAR.

See you again in  2017 ( I hope)

Until Next Time

The Theme for this challenge is

Sparkle Use Lots Of Glitter

You have until  30th  December when the challenge will close at 9.00am (GMT)

so I hope you will all join in the fun.  If you need a
little inspiration, then pop on over to the blog and
take a peek at the gorgeous cards my team buddies
have made.

Prize The Digital images that have been used by the team

and

Blog- http://artbymiran.blogspot.ca/

Prize TBA

My card has been made using the gorgeous image
Walking With You from Small and Round and
you can purchase it HERE.

DETAILS
1. Taking an 8 x 8 card I created an easel card. I then
matted both top and bottom with blue card.

2. I created another mat from white card and embossed
using a daisy embossing folder. Before attaching to
the card I glittered each flower using Stickles and
left to dry.

3. The card on the bottom is from Craftwork Cards
paper pack Marble. I have then added two strings
of gems to act as the stopper. Added two just
because I could and wanted to add a little
more sparkle.  These gem strips I found in
Home Bargains in the Wedding Section and
were quite cheep but they look amazing and
really do sparkle.

4. The image was coloured with my Copic and
I added sparkle around her using Sparkle
gel pens. Added tiny gems to the stars around
her head and put some in her hair but sorry they
do not show up very well.  Glossy accent added
to the flowers in her hair and on her eyes.
She was the die cut using SB die Elegant Ovals
and mounted onto the card with foam tape.

So there you have it, all that remains for me to say is
I wish everyone a

Very Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year

Hope you have a fabulous Christmas

backing paper from the Christmas papers from Lozzy.
Before it was adhered I have wrapped a piece of lace

I had in my stash, I took my craft  knife and cut a slit
in the back for her headband and inserted three small
pink feather to give the topper an bit more lift.
She was then matted  onto silver mirri card and
then adhered to the card at a slight angle.

To complete I added pearls to the top left and bottom right
of the card, added the sentiment with foam tape and
added a pearl to this also.

So there you go, a very quick but I think stylish card, in fact

from Ooh La La. I have used the smallest one and

Dancing Penguin

Good Morning,

My Crafty Friends, Followers and Visitors,

Hello to you all. How are we all doing?

Welcome to challenge # 47 over at

The theme is as always

Anything Goes

My design team buddies have created some fabulous
cards, well worth taking a peek. I am sure you are
bound to find inspiration from their  work

Our sponsors  for this challenge are:-

Fred She Said

Prize $12 Gift Card

and

The Stamping Boutique/Glitterbabe

Prize 2 but 3 images if using TSB/GB images

For my card I have chosen to use the image Dancing Penguin
from Fred She Said and you can purchase it HERE.

DETAILS
1. Using pale blue card I created a stepper card. It was then
matted with paper from the Christmas papers from Lozzy.
2. Next I die cut the silver mirri board and adhered to the
centre of the card.
3. The next layer is dark blue hessian laid across the card
4. The image is a pre coloured one and I have used a pin
hole circle die to cut it out. Before attaching to the card
I added glitter to his hat and around the show. It was
adhered to the card with foam tape.

The image came with 4 smaller images so I decided to
use two on the front and the other two inside,
and again these also have had glitter added
and were cut using the same set of circle dies as
the larger one.
To complete I created a snowflake from the Christmas
paper and again glittered before mounting onto the card.

I would like to wish you and your loved ones

The challenge theme is

Birthday Celebrations

and its been chosen by Wynn

The girls have been working hard to
create designs to inspire you, so please
take a moment to view their work and
if you can, leave them a comment.

I have chosen to use an image from the cd

Everyday Collection

You can purchase it and others by clicking on
the link   HERE.  There are also some great
freebies too,  so well worth checking it out.

The prize for the winner will be

DETAILS
1. The card size is 7 x 7 and to this I have matted it with
green card from my stash that I first embossed and then
rounded the corners.

2. From the Cd Everyday Collection I printed off the topper,
two background papers and an insert. Using a square die
from Tonic I first cut the patterned card and adhered to the
card with foam tape.

3. Using the next size down die the second panel was cut
also adhered to the card with foam tape.

4. The topper was added at an angle again with foam tape.

To complete I added Nuvo Jewel Drops around the yellow
card and glitter around the topper.

So there you have it, a great birthday card made quickly
thanks to the cd's.  Honestly I can say any of the cd's
from Ooh La La you would not be disappointed with
the amount of choice that they contain if fabulous.

All that's left for me to say is

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL

Prize 3 Digital stamps of winner choice

For my card I have used the cute little image Mouse Toting Big Red Flower
from Toadstool Printables.  He is available HERE

DETAILS

1. The cute little mouse image I took into MCS and then
proceded to make up my design by standing the mouse
on a tree stump, then adding the pansies around the stump.

2. Still in MCS I took a sprig of daisies and copied and
pasted them. I then arranged them into the semi circle.

3. I found the sentiment, also in MCS and new I just
had to use it as I can picture the little mouse uttering
the words.

4. Once I was happy with the arrangement, I then printed
it out onto white card and proceeded to colour up the
mouse and flower.

5. When all done I then adhered the panel to a
7 x 7 scalloped edged white card.

So there you have it, quite a simple card but I think
very effective and depicts my take on the theme Blossoms.

Looking forward to seeing your creations.

Dreaming of Love

Good Morning,

My Crafty Friends, Visitors and Follower,
I trust everyone is ok?

Right so her is the report on the Thunder Jacket that
we purchased for Oscar, remember it was to try and
calm him down whilst all the fireworks were on.

Well I have to say did not make that much difference
Oscar was still quite stressed even with the jacket on
and there was no difference once we removed it.
Therefore in my case ( and I stress this is in the case
of Oscar only) not worth  the money- cost £35.00
but at least we gave it a go.

Today we are starting our new
challenge  217  over at :-

The challenge theme is

Vintage

and its been chosen by Pauline

The girls have been working hard to
create designs to inspire you, so please
take a moment to view their work and
if you can, leave them a comment.

I have chosen to use an image from the cd
Yesterdays Memories

You can purchase it and others by clicking on
the link   HERE.  There are also some great
freebies too,  so well worth checking it out.

The prize for the winner will be
2 digi downloads from the Ooh La La Creations Store

DETAILS

1. Started with an 8 x 8 card and folder back the top section
in half.
2. Printed off the topper and backing paper from the cd, before
adhering them I have distressed the edges and added distress
ink, vintage photo around the edges.

3. Before I adhered the section that has been folder back I have
wrapped a piece of burgundy velvet ribbon around it.

4. Using the Spellbinder die 5 x7 Mystical Embrace card creator
I cut the frame again using one of the co-ordinating papers
but printed it onto card stock. I then adhered the topper so
the the image appears to be in a frame.

5. The flowers are from Sweet Lilac and the added embellishments
are from my stash and to complete I created the pearls using

the card with foam tape.

4. The image is a pre-coloured one from the cd Daisy May +
Friends and I have used a Spellbinder die to cut her out.
Still with same die I cut another frame this time using
another of the papers from the cd and then adhered them
together. Before mounting onto the card I glittered all
around the edges of the frame, once dry adhered to  my
card again with foam tape.

5. Die cut the tree, reindeer and ivy leaves and before
adhering them I glittered them all, Once dry I then
adhered to the card and added the greeting banner.

In total I have used 8 layers to create this card, so lets
see how may layers you will use.  Looking forward to
seeing your creations.

Thanks for calling
