Dragonfly Morning Glory

Good Morning My craft friends, followers and visitors

Welcome to my blog and I hope you are all well.  Its Friday  and the weekend is nearly upon us.
I will be going to Bolton on Saturday to the Great Northern Craft Show, cannot wait as this is
the first one to be held up North, so should be interesting. I will try not to spent to much HA !
don't hold your breath as once I am anywhere like this my brain does not engage in anything else but
BUY.

Today's card is something new to me and I must say I rather enjoyed doing it.

I hope you like?

DETAILS.

1. I used an 8 x8 Metallic card to which I added a backing paper
from the free papers in the Tattered Lace Magazine.

2. Two frames were cut from the same metallic card, then
using the Spellbinder 5 x7 Detailed Scalloped die. I then
joined them together to create the large frame.

3. Using Imagination Crafts Black satin card and one of their
stencils I used the Imagination Crafts Silkies (Apple Lace for
the stems,  Red satin for the poppies and Sunshine Satin and
Lavender Lace for the Dragonflies)

4. Once dry I used foam pads to mount onto the card.

5. To complete I added grey ribbon, and pearls  from my stash.

Well my friends, as always
Until next time.
Take Care ands Happy Crafting
