Stolen Kiss

Good Morning my crafty friends, followers and visitors

How are you all today? well I hope.

Well another  quick post today as lots to do at home and we also have to
go to mums to do a couple of jobs.  Hopefully will be back early afternoon
(fingers crossed).

Hope you are enjoying Sunday, be it being with family, friends or just
enjoying a peaceful day.

Thought we might have a bit of vintage today - hope you like?

DETAILS

1. Card is 7.5 x 6 inches and to this I have added backing paper that I have
distressed all along the edges and coloured with Tim Holts vintage photo
ink.

2. The image is one I had lying around and its from a Joanna Sheen  vintage
cd.  I have  also distressed it before mounting it onto black  card again
distressing the edges.

3. Using the same Tim Holt ink I distressed a piece of ribbon then wrapped
it around the photo at an angle before I adhered it to the card.

4. I took a piece of cream lace coloured it again with the vintage photo ink
and stuck a row of pearls down the centre.  To complete I added a
distressed rose.

That's me for today my friends

Nest of Three

Good Morning my crafty friends, followers and visitors

Well nearly the end of another week - anything exciting planned for the weekend?

As it's Friday I am off to mum's to do domestic chores and then this afternoon
I hope to get back into my craft room because as I said yesterday I am trying
to make a card a day and to blog each day.

I hope our American friends enjoyed their Thanksgiving  and managed to meet
up with their families.

Well today I have made my card using the Lelli-Bot Twit Twoo collection, hope you like

Details

1. Card base is 8 x8 and I have matted it with a piece of gold card.

2. Using papers from the collection I then matted these onto the
gold card.  The next step was to wrap lace down and across card.

   3.  Then I placed one of the toppers from the collection at an angle
and completed by adding a bow and placing pearl hearts at each
end of the ribbon and an owl charm at the centre of the bow. The
sentiment also from the collection was added at the bottom.

Everything apart from the card base is from the Lelli-Bot store
click here to go to the site, you will no be disappointed  I promise.

Well my friends, that's all for today
hope to see you back tomorrow
Until Next Time

Nice Hat

Morning My Crafty Friends, Followers and visitors

Yes your eyes are to deceiving you, I am doing a new post and not for
any DT work but just for myself.

It's been a while since I have managed to post two days on the trot as I
always seem to have something else that need doing, then before you
know it its evening and to be honest all I want to do is chill out in
my chair and usually fall asleep.

I hope I can rectify this and I am going to make myself make  a card
each day and post it and I hope you will all support me with your
encouraging comments.  We all know that the comments we send each
other really gives us a boost and makes us want to go on and create
more.
Another reason I have been out of action quite a lot is that I have been
doing wedding invitations for a friends daughter, as a wedding present
from me and it has taken a lot of time.  Sorry cannot show you any
but will do so next year.  what with that and Christmas I have been
meeting myself coming backward hey ho that's life.

Well down to business, here is my little offering - hope you like?

DETAILS

1. Card size is 8.5 x 5.5 inches and is from my stash

2. The next layer is blue pearlescent card and to
this I have added patterned papers in orange and
blue.

3. The image is from the cd My Besties "TM" and
I have used pro markers to colour her. She was then
die cut using SB Labels Eight.

  4. Before adhering to the card I have backed her with
a paper doilie and to complete I have attached
paper flowers and three sparkle stickers.

Well that's all my friend for today, more tomorrow

on Saturday and recognise me,give me a shove and say hello.

I would also like to say  a big thank you to my new followers  and although
I don't seem to get the time to blog each day, I do hope that when I do
I can entertain you and that you will continue to support me with all your
lovely comments.
